Iyengar with the intention of allowing the practitioner to go deeper into their poses. This practice brings a fresh perspective to understanding traditional asana from backbends to forward bends or twists. The harness assists the body and mind towards a state of harmony and balance. In this practice, the body is safely supported by the traction of the ropes which help to stretch and strengthen the spine. This modality also helps the practitioner focus on targeted breath, knowing that poses can be held for longer periods of time with the support of the wall and ropes.

Barre Fusion

This practice also helps to off-set the natural occurrence of osteoporosis by 30% if done over the course of 6 months by strengthening the anatomical bone structure.
